Troubleshooting the App (Getting Help/Submitting a Bug Report)

There are multiple ways to report a bug, suggest an improvement, provide feedback, or ask a question within the Full Swing app.

 

1. Take a screenshot of the page where the issue is occurring to pop open a Need help? menu.

 

2. Gently shake the device that is paired with the KIT to pop open a Need help? menu.

 

 Note: The Need help? menu can be closed by clicking Cancel.

 

3. Access the User Account and Preferences page from the Full Swing app, then select Support.
