How and when can I access the return policy for a full refund or replacement?

  • If you are not satisfied with your KIT within the first fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, the KIT may be returned for a full refund or replacement device.
  • If you are not satisfied with your KIT within the first twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, specifically due to a defect, the KIT may be returned for replacement by way of a refurbished device or repair. Full Swing reserves the right in its sole discretion to either repair or replace the unit.

All returns involving devices originally received outside of the U.S. will be arranged through your local sales channel.
