How do I return my KIT for repair or replacement?

To be eligible for service under the Limited Warranty, you must contact Technical Support at Full Swing by telephone at +1 (855) 688-1100 or email at Kit.support@fullswinggolf.com.

The Technical Support team will provide you with a prepaid, shipping label and Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted by Full Swing without the RMA. Upon receipt by Full Swing of the unit, it must undergo an inspection by Full Swing and be repaired or replaced, at the sole discretion of Full Swing, with any combination of new, used, or factory refurbished parts.
