If you are having connectivity issues between the KIT and your mobile device, it is recommended that you completely unpair (remove) the KIT from your mobile device. You can then pair the KIT to your mobile device and try again.
If you are using multiple mobile devices (e.g., an iPhone and an iPad), you should use this process for all mobile devices currently connected to the KIT.
IMPORTANT: You must remove your KIT from both the Full Swing app and iOS Bluetooth.
