Frozen App when Starting a Session

 

Details: When starting a session in the Full Swing app on the session setup screen, the Start Session button will appear frozen and will not proceed forward.

  1. Exit the Full Swing app and open iOS settings.
  2. Accessibility > Display & Text Size
  3. Toggle all settings OFF (with the exception of auto-brightness).
  4. Click into Larger Text
  5. Ensure Larger Text setting it toggled off, and the ball on the bottom of the screen is in the middle.
  6. Force close the Full Swing app. Refer to How to Force Close the Full Swing or E6 Connect Apps for details.
  7. Reopen the Full Swing app and follow prompts to start practice session.
